Octane freezes or won't start/pwr. off

My Octane has started to either not reach the PROM monitor(no video
and I can't turn it off without unplugging it) or if it does reach the
PROM monitor it freezes after about 5 minutes and I'm back to the same
old problem. Used the disable password jumper per the owner's manual
instructions that's when it would not get to prom and no video no
white light. I don't have a hard drive installed. Could it be the
power supply,memory,or processor? It did freeze a couple of times
before I used the disable password jumper but the reset button worked
in that situation. The manual says to contact support if this
situation arises so I'm thinking it must be a bad problem with the
hardware. I am new to SGI hardware so any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Try taking out all of your RAM and putting it back little by little
and booting each time to see if it works.
