Octane won't power on

Hi,

I inherited a dual head Octane that was performing beautifully. After
I shut the thing down, though, it won't restart. I mean nothing. No
fans, no beeps. Almost as if there's no power to the unit, but I've
tested that. I've tried different power cords that I know work. Any
suggestions? It was working just fine before shutting down.

Thanks,
Jack

Wild guess: Pull the mainboard and carefully plug it again, be sure it
really fits.

btw: which mainboard? 030-0887-xxx (the older one)? This sometimes
causes troubles.

Thanks. How do you open the thing? It doesn't seem to have an "easy-
open" slide off case like the PCs/Suns/Macs I've owned.

Do not forget to remove the lockbar first!

I think it is a good idea to read the Octane Workstation Owners Guide.
