Hi,

I have a ethernet network with some macs on it, with a internet connection
on a router.

How can i connect irex 6.2 to the internet ???

That is a typical procedure for 6.5. It should be similar for 6.2.
Consult the relevant
man pages for dhcp, proclaim, resolv.conf, etc. to get full details.

Note that it's much easier if your router is acting as a gateway and
you can
use static IP addresses. Just set /etc/hosts, /etc/sys_id, add DNS
entries
to /etc/resolv.conf, and define the gateway address via a typical
network.local
script (see 'man network' for full details).
