Hi,

I have aquired an Origin 300 CMN016 unit. I had never seen one of
these till it arrived. I just need to know a few things about it.

1) It has 2 CPUs but I have no way of finding out the processor speed
(500/600), is there a way i can find this out?

2) It has memory in it but there is not information on the RAM
regarding the spec. Model Number - M347L6510BT0-CA0 (Samsung), does
any one know?

I really dont know much about these units and any help would make my
day.... (I have been looking for a while and there is little info on
the net).

I'm planning on selling the unit as I have no use for it. Whats the
market value of this second user unit? It powers up, comes with all5
VRM's, 2 x Fibre NIC and 1 x 18gb 15k Ultra 3. 8/10 condition... I
found one on ebay (Just the m/b and cpu's, no VRM's) for £300.

Regards

The hinv command in the prom monitor will give you theses informations.

Connect a serial terminal or a computer running a terminal emulator
to the serial port on the back and power it up; it should display
some startup info and show a menu that has an option to enter the
monitor. Select that, thenrun the command "hinv" and it'll tell you
what the hardware configuration is.

I gather you're in Europe or the UK; I suspect shipping to the US would
be prohibitive.

Yoko Onos' former driver tried to extort $2M from her, threating to
"release embarassing recordings...". What, he has a copy of her album?
