Vpro V12 with DCD Octane2 problem

Hi guys,
Finally, a few days ago I got a Vpro V12 graphic board with DCD option
for my Octane2. I install it and its working but not a 100 %. When I
logout of an account the Xserver freezes and I have to login remotely
using another computer and reboot the Octane2. I get the following
messages in my SYSLOG file

Card works if you do not decide to logout with most of the resolutions
in single and dual modes.
Please guys I need help! What is wrong with my card. Thank you very

I removed the metal cap of 13w3 connector and plug my monitor Silicon
Graphics 21'' granite with the original cube and it works!!!??? with
the same persistent problem. I've got only one monitor so far. My
